Customer Care

Maniera offers Australian and International Delivery via Australia Post and DHL. All orders placed are processed within 3-5 business days.  Once dispatched, you will receive a parcel tracking number and a link which you can click to check your delivery.

DOMESTIC

All Australian orders are delivered using Australia Post Express – Due to the weight and size of the garments Australia post delivery is a flat rate of $25.

*$25 Flat Rate Express Post Delivery is offered to those who are located within any major metro city or national Express Post Network (most metropolitan areas), this means next day delivery for majority of customers. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.

To see the updated delivery service for your location, please click here.

Shipments in regional areas outside the Next Business Day Network take 1-4 business days.

INTERNATIONAL

Maniera offers international shipping via Australia Post and DHL. The cost is calculated by the destination you are delivering to, the number of purchased items and the total cost of your order. The international prices do not include any overseas duties and customs charges so please check with your countries local customs authorities, controls and regulations, as your order may be subject to import duties and taxes.

Every country has different rules about import duty and taxes. Please check what the rules are where you live, as you may need to pay duties to local government or customs officers to receive your order. International shipments are subject to controls by local customs authorities, which may affect the estimated delivery times and are unfortunately beyond our control.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and do not take into account any possible delays.

Your shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location. We endeavour to get your garment to you as quickly as possible; however, unforeseen delays in shipping during holiday seasons, covid restrictions and peak trade may occasionally occur. Refer to the shipping destination and Delivery times linked above. Please note: All shipping charges are non-refundable. If shipping to a business, please include the business name and full address in the ‘Shipping Information’ upon Checkout.

Shipping Prices

International Shipping prices start at $30. You can calculate your shipping cost on the product page under the “Shipping” tab. You can also calculate it in your cart before you complete your order.

Track my order

Once the order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a parcel tracking number and link to monitor your delivery. Tracking will also be available from your orders page Track Item .

Undeliverable Parcels

To ensure a successful and safe delivery, please be sure to supply a shipping address where someone can receive your item. All parcels require a signature upon arrival of delivery. If the delivery cannot be made, a card will be left with details on how to make contact and arrange a pick up or re-delivery.

You can track your order from your “My Account” and via our shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly. We recommend creating an account HERE to allow order tracking and easy returns.

Orders placed before 3pm AEST Monday – Friday (Sydney, Australia) will be processed within 2 business days. For domestic orders, estimated delivery times can be calculated on the product page.

Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest Australia Post Outlet or DHL Dispatch for you to collect.

Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.
